President
Christopher S. James - Mr. James has been the President of Madison Communications, Inc. since February 2002. Mr. James has also been president of The Christopher Group, Inc. since January 1996. From January 2000 to February 2002, he was Managing Partner of Madison Communications, LLC. From January 1995 to December 1995, performed business development and marketing for the DC Power division of CSS Power, Inc. From July 1990 to December 1994, Mr. James held various positions with Reliance Comm/Tec (now owned by Emerson) in the areas of sales, engineering, marketing, and project management. Mr. James graduated from the Virginia Tech, Pamplin School of Business, in 1990 with a bachelor's degree in Business Marketing.
Executive Vice President
Scott Carr- Mr. Carr has been the Executive Vice President of Madison Communications, Inc. since February 2002. Mr. Carr has also been the President of The SBC Group, Inc. since February 1999. From January 2000 to February 2002, he was Managing Partner of Madison Communications, LLC. From March 1995 to January 1999 he performed business development and sales for the emerging markets division of RELTEC Corporation (now owned by Emerson). From November 1994 to February 1995, he was a Program Manager for RELTEC's largest OEM account, deploying PCS and wireless BTS systems. From July 1993 to October 1994 Mr. Carr was involved in other sales functions for RELTEC. Mr. Carr graduated from the Virginia Tech, Pamplin School of Business, in 1991 with a bachelor's degree in Business Marketing.
